Applying as a full group is recommended

Application Review

We review:

  • Rental history (if applicable)
  • Background check

  • No co-signers required

  • We’ll reach out if anything additional is needed

Group Approval

Once approved:

  • We’ll move forward with your group

If you do not have a full group, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you

Sign Lease

Lease is sent via DocuSign

  • All approved tenants will sign

The house is not secured until the lease is signed

Pay First Month

First month’s rent is due within 48 hours of signing

  • Confirms your reservation

How Homes Are Secured

  • Homes are rented on a first qualified, first secured basis
  • We continue showing the property until:

  • Lease is signed

  • First month’s rent is paid

  • No verbal holds
